Information we collect

When you submit an assessment request we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, job title, company size, industry, current automation maturity, the systems you use, the bottlenecks and workflows you describe, your desired outcome, budget range and timeline.

We do not require any special-category or regulated personal data in order to speak with us. Please do not include customer records, patient data, financial account details or credentials in a form submission.

How we use it

Your submission is used to assess fit, prepare a discovery session and respond to your enquiry. We may reference it internally while scoping a proposal for your organization.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database used solely by AutoMSP. Website visitors cannot read, edit or retrieve submissions, including their own, once submitted.

Retention and deletion

We keep assessment requests only as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting engagement. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time and we will confirm once it is removed.

Client data during engagements

Any data processed as part of an automation engagement is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement, including its confidentiality, security, processing-purpose and retention terms — not by this website policy.
