Position
Responsible AI & Human Oversight
We do not advocate blindly autonomous systems. Autonomy is a design decision made per action, with explicit limits, approval gates and evidence.
Responsible AI & Human Oversight details
Autonomy is scoped, not assumed
Every automated action is classified before deployment: safe to execute automatically, safe to execute with logging, or requiring human approval. High-impact actions — financial transactions, contractual commitments, regulated communications, irreversible changes and customer-facing decisions with material consequence — always require a human decision.
Human-in-the-loop by design
Agent reasoning produces a proposed action. That proposal passes a policy check, then a human approval step where required, before execution. What was proposed, who approved it and what executed is recorded.
Evaluation before production
Workflows are tested against real historical cases, including edge cases and failure paths, before they run on live operations. We measure accuracy against a baseline rather than assuming model capability.
Monitoring after production
Deployed systems are monitored for accuracy drift, failure rates, latency, cost and unexpected behaviour. Models and platforms change; the system has to be maintained against that reality.
Honest claims
We do not publish invented client results, and we do not advertise certifications AutoMSP does not hold. Where we are uncertain whether automation will produce economic value, we say so during discovery rather than after a contract.
What we will decline
We will not build systems designed to deceive people about whether they are interacting with software, to evade legal or regulatory obligations, or to make consequential decisions about individuals without human review and a documented appeal path.
